1.1 What is your return policy?
  • We want you to enjoy your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund, in the manner in which it was paid within 30 days of your purchase.
  • We can only refund or exchange merchandise that is in saleable condition; shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
  • To return or exchange an item please email [email protected] and please include a copy of your receipt in the return shipment. If the merchandise is damaged or defective at the time of delivery or the incorrect item was sent, please email [email protected] for a resolution.
  • If you are returning an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2.1 Is my transaction safe?

We use state-of-the-art encryption technology to protect your credit card/personal information. You can place your order(s) using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.

Digital certificates encrypt data using SSL technology, which is the industry-standard method for protecting Web communications. The SSL security protocol provides data encryption, server authentication, message integrity and optional client authentication for a TCP/IP connection. Because SSL is built into all major browsers and Web servers, simply installing a digital certificate turns on their SSL capabilities.

SSL comes in two strengths, 40-bit and 128-bit, which refer to the length of the "session key;" generated by every encrypted transaction. The longer the key, the more difficult it is to break the encryption code. Fanatics Retail Group uses 128-bit encryption. Most browsers support 128-bit SSL sessions, which is trillions of times stronger than 40-bit sessions.

2.2 Where is my tracking number?

Your purchase will ship within 48 business hours. If you are unable to locate your tracking number please e-mail [email protected].

2.3 How do I modify or cancel my order?

We make every effort to process your order within 48 hours, therefore, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once your order has been submitted. If an update is needed, please email [email protected] and we will do what we can to make it right.

2.4 Will I be charged sales tax?

The amount of state sales tax charged is based on current tax rates in Pinellas County, Florida.

2.5 Why did the price of the item in my cart change?
Our items will always reflect the most up-to-date information and are subject to change in pricing and availability. Our website is updated daily, so items that are being held in your cart may change in price from what was originally displayed when you added the item to your cart. Adding items to your cart does not reserve the price or quantity from what was originally added. As we update our website with inventory changes, your cart will also reflect this change.

Please Note:

  • You are not billed for your items until your order is processed and a confirmation number is received. This is completed at the final step of checkout.
