Shipping & Returns
- All in-stock items are shipped within 2 to 3 business days of receipt of your order. We do not process or ship orders Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays.
- Orders will ship via USPS ground and will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
- We will confirm your order by e-mail. If any items are backordered and unable to ship with the initial parcel, the full shipping and handling fee is charged with the first parcel shipped; subsequent parcels will be shipped at no extra charge.
- Items will be shipped internationally at standard international rates. Please be advised, there may also be additional tariffs, duties, or other non-routine customs brokerage charges that are the responsibility of the RECIPIENT due upon delivery. If this is a gift, you may want to notify the recipient of potential tariffs, duties or customs charges. - We want you to enjoy your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund, in the manner in which it was paid within 30 days of your purchase.
- We can only refund or exchange merchandise that is in saleable condition; shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
- To return or exchange an item please email [email protected] and please include a copy of your receipt in the return shipment. If the merchandise is damaged or defective at the time of delivery or the incorrect item was sent, please email [email protected] for a resolution.
- If you are returning an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
