The Kippy & Kappy Onesie was designed by Fairgrounds St. Pete artist Shay Willard. He created Kippy and Kappy’s Network of Happy, a suite of six videos on view in the Mermaid Star Motel lobby and Sunnymooners Suite. The videos tie the Fairgrounds St. Pete story together while giving the audience a chance to laugh and watch some cute kitties and their hijinks!

Shay aims to encourage conversation and thought through entertainment, laughter and fun. His work often features interactive elements, content of levity and heavy story-based mysteries.
